Creme de Menthe
Ingredients
- Sugar - 8 cups
- Water - 6 cups
- Grain alcohol - 1 pint
- Peppermint extract - 1 oz pure
- Food coloring - 1 tblsp green
Instructions
Bring sugar and water to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Cover and let ripen for 1 month.
