Horse's Neck

Ingredients
- Lemon peel - 1 long strip
- Brandy - 2 oz
- Ginger ale - 5 oz
- Bitters - 2 dashes
Instructions
Pour brandy and ginger ale directly into highball glass with ice cubes. Stir gently. Garnish with lemon zest. If desired, add dashes of Angostura Bitter.
